Go to the mall with your grandma(or any love one) and do laps. Having her drop you between Sears and The Gap is rough but you can rally back because the company is priceless!!
And if you are good she will buy you ice cream!!
So get out there and do mall intervals with some one special and you just might get some ice cream too. May not make you fast on the bike but it is important!!
